RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are pretty confident that our products can get that tail wagging. However, in the case you are not in love, or if the sizes do not fit well, we offer hassle free refund for your FIRST clothing purchase. After that we still accept refund but you will pay for postage. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before making a purchase. For any exchange, please place a new order and return the original product, fund will be reimbursed to you after we receive the product.

For any refund or exchange, the following rules apply:

  • The garment is within 14 days of purchase.
  • The garment is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • All the tags should still be attached.

We DO NOT offer exchange or return on:

  • Customized products including embroidery
  • Final sale items
To process a refund, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us on hello@dearcooper.store and let us know your order number
2. We will send you a return postage (for first time purchase) or will provide instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.
3. If you'd like to exchange an item, please proceed to order a new size on our website. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund on the original item.

PROCESSING TIME

Most of our products are handmade here in Toronto, Canada by myself or artisans locally. Please allow up to 7 business days for any handmade items such as collars + leashes, clothing, and personalized item.

Other in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. If you are in a rush, please contact us before purchase.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping for US and Canada orders over $85 USD. Local pick up available in Markham, Ontario. Please contact us if you are aiming for free pick up option.

We ship through Stallion Express or Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent to you once your orders are dispatched. 

Please note that we cannot control any delivery schedule once we dispatched your items. Therefore, no refund will be issued due to parcel delays. However, if your parcel hasn't arrived and a proof from our carrier indicated the parcel was lost in transit, we would be happy to issue a refund or remake the product as per your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! We use Stallion Express or Canada Post for our international shipping and it normally takes up to 15 business days to arrive. However, this is an indicative timeline, as shipping maybe delayed due to pandemic so please understand that we cannot guarantee a parcel will be delivered within a certain timeframe. 

It is important to note that we cannot control any customs or import duties being charged to your package. As such, we will not be responsible for any customs or duties fee.

All our orders come with a tracking number so you will be able to track your delivery.
